It's not based on any brand or model in particular, just a generic pick up truck / ute.
Like my mates steel Land Cruiser, it is using a Traxxas Slash 4x4 as a base. These ain't built to crawl, but go hard. The Slash is strong and can handle the weight with a bit of tweaking.
Made from 8mm stainless tube, 0.6mm mild sheet, bits of computer case, scafold tube, concrete reinforcing rod, nails and anything else I can scrape up.
